ESU is having our Movie Screening of Shrek Forever After only for ESU Members !!!

Details of the movie screening as follows:

Venue: Shaw Lido 1

Time: 12.50pm

Date: 23 May 2010, Sunday

Cost: $5 per ticket  (limited to 4 tickets per member)

3. Deadline of registration is 11 May 2010.

4. An email confirmation will be sent to you on 13 May 2010. The email will contain information on payment methods and ticket collection venues.

5. Make payment by 17 May 2010. Should payment fail to reach ESU by 17 May 2010, tickets will be released.

The application for the Family Recreation and Fun Carnival 2010/11 is now open. NTUC Club is organising six family-day carnivals for eligible union members and their families at Downtown East.

At the carnivals, participants will receive a goodie bag containing vouchers to enjoy the facilities at Downtown East including entry to Wild Wild Wet and Escape Theme Park. In addition, there will be lucky draws, games, food vouchers and a whole range of activities for the whole family.

Please rank the dates in terms of preference in the application form. Otherwise, the default ranking will be from dates (1) to (6).

The eligibility criteria for union members are:

- Monthly Combined Household Income of $3000 and below OR

- Per Capital Income of $750 and below (per month)

Those who exceed the above criteria may apply and the selection committee will review the applications.

The closing date is on 03 May 2010.

The attached form must be completed and submitted together with the household salary slips to ESU.

Successful applicants will be notified via mail or phone.
