Application of Back to School Vouchers 2009 |

The application for the 'Back to School' vouchers 2009 is nowopen.
Each eligible member may now apply for every school-going child he/she has in the family.
For example, an eligible family of six school-going children can now apply for all six children (potentially getting $125 x 6 = $750 of assistance). Subject to availability of vouchers.
The eligibility criteria for union members are:
i) gross household income of $1,800 and below; OR
ii) per capita income of $500 and below
Those who exceed the above criteria may apply and the selection committee will review the applicatioins.

The closing date of application is 19 October 2009 .
Interested applicants, please fill up the downloaded form and send it back to ESU either by Fax 2 6872 3346 or mail at:
