Registration Fees : S$40.00 per team (4 players each team)
Attire : Appropriate Bowling Attire

Registration Process
1. Registration for the competition must be done in teams of 4 players, with the captain
being responsible for submitting the necessary details through the MS Form provided.
2. The registration period shall begin on 15th March 2024 and end on 12th April 2024 or when
the registration is deemed to be overwhelming, whichever earlier. Should the event
receive an overwhelming response, the registration of teams shall be on a first-come, firs served basis.
3. Only teams that have been successfully registered, with all its players confirmed as ESU
union members, shall be informed accordingly via email to the Team Captain by 17th April
2024. Details of the competition, payment instructions and completion of the indemnity
form shall accompany the email.
4. Captains are to note that the MS Form submission would require a team name, full name
of all team members, their partial NRIC number and Date of Birth.
5. All participants are to complete the indemnity forms and email it to ESU prior to the event,
the latest date of submission is before the play-offs on event day.
6. All participants MUST bring along their NRIC & NTUC Card (if applicable), on the day of
the competition for verification by Competition Officials.
All other information:
1. Participants must not be suffering from any medical condition, illness, disease, mental
illness or physical / psychological impairment. Players are not advised to participate if they
are feeling unwell. In such cases, please inform the event organizer and match officials
immediately.
2. Should Education Services Union (ESU) intend to participate in NTUC U-Games Bowling
Competition, top team(s) of this competition shall be given the first right of refusal to
participate in the competition.
3. By registering, members agree to the competition game play and agrees to abide by the
rules and regulations of Orchid Bowl.
