NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) 2024

 

The NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) is a one-time cash relief that is targeted at helping lower income union members to cope with the rising costs of living. Depending on the member’s eligibility, he/she will receive either $60 cash or $150 cash. For this year, an additional $60 per eligible school-going child taking private school bus will also be disbursed.

 

Applications for the NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) open from 6 March 2024, 1200 hours, to 3 April 2024, 1600 hours, via OneCARE at: https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/.

 

What you need to know:

1. At least 6 continuous months of membership with no membership arrears at the point of application.

  • For members with immediate family members staying in the same household in Singapore:
    – Total monthly gross household income of $3,800 and below, OR
    – Per capita income of $950 and below if gross household income exceeds $3,800
  • For members without family members staying in the same household in Singapore:
    – Monthly gross personal income of $1,650 and below

· Application is open from 6 March 2024, 1200h to 3 April 2024, 1600h.

· Union members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications via OneCARE at: https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/

Note: Please submit your applications before the closing date as late submissions will not be processed.***

 

4. When will I know the results of the application?

· Upon successful application, an email notification on the application status will be sent to you. The cash relief will be credited into your registered bank account within 30 working days, subject to bank clearance.
