As an employer, here are some of the benefits that you can enjoy as ESU’s partner:
NTUC Education and Training Fund Collaborative Fund (NCF)
NCF aims to provide training support to unionised companies who send their employees (NTUC members only) for training programs that enhance their employment and employability. NCF co-funds training subsidy to support 50% unfunded course fees for companies (capped at $250/member/year) for their employees who meet the eligibility criteria. A unionised company can be supported up to $50,000 of training funds per year from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
For more information on NCF, reach out to us at email@example.com or fill up the enquiry form and we will get back to you.
NTUC Industry Training and Transformation (IT&T)
NTUC Industry Training and Transformation works with unions and companies to utilise the Operation & Technology Roadmap (OTR) tool to support workforce and business transformation. OTR helps companies visualise how their business can grow and workers can transform by capitalising on the right drivers, products, services, and technologies. This process is facilitated by Industry Training Officers from NTUC IT&T and is done in consultation with union leaders, management partners, HR representatives to ensure win-win outcomes for companies and workers.

Opportunities by Employment and Employability Institute (e2i)
NTUC e2i is the network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. A unionised company can be supported through the Job Security Council, which provides transition support to at-risk or displaced workers with career coaching, skills evaluation, access to training, job-search assistance and job-matching services to improve their employment prospects and match them into new jobs. There are also available grants and subsidies that a unionised company can tap on.
